The Jazz Arts Group is pleased to serve as a resource for educators and school administrators seeking to integrate the study of jazz with a local, statewide and national emphasis on standard-based teaching. We are recognized as leaders in demonstrating best teaching practices and the artistic method, and our workshops can be tailored for both arts and non-arts teachers. Educators may choose to participate in our annual Summer Teacher Arts Institute, or contact Judy Shafer, Director of Education, to create a program designed specifically to meet your needs.
