The Southern Theatre
The Columbus Jazz Orchestra is proud to be the major tenant of the Southern Theatre. Restored in 1998 to its
original beauty, this jewelbox is one of Columbus' most prestigious and glamorous venues. Its intimate size,
just 933 seats arranged on three levels, offers superb sight lines and magnificent acoustics. Located in
downtown Columbus, the theatre offers easy access to and from many pre-concert dining locations downtown, in
German Village, the Short North and the Arena District.
Directions
The Southern Theatre is located at 21 East Main Street, at the corner of High and Main Streets and adjacent to
the Westin Great Southern Hotel.

Parking
Convenient, well-lighted and inexpensive parking is available directly across from the main entrance to the Southern Theatre in the City Center parking garage. Police officers are available before and after performances to assist pedestrians crossing Main Street.
Accessibility
The Southern Theatre is accessible to individuals with disabilities from the main entrance. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available upon request and subject to availability. Please specify wheelchair seating when ordering tickets, whether in person, by mail, telephone or online. Wheelchair-accessible seating is located in the last row of the main floor.
